Please contact our sales department with any of your Connector or Socket requirements.
In order to expedite the quotation process, please provide the
following information for your requirements:
Manufacturer's part number (if available), quantity and required
delivery date. Please also advise us if a similar part by another
manufacturer would be considered.
Standard freight method is UPS, other carriers may be used by
special arrangements. F.O.B.: shipping point from our warehouse.
Shipping and insurance charges are added to the invoice amount.
All payments must be in US dollars. Order Minimum $50.00 for orders within USA.
Orders accepted by Phoenix Enterprises may be cancelled by the customer only
upon written consent of Phoenix Enterprises, cancellation charges may apply.
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be pre-approved
by Phoenix Enterprises.
Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns, returns with an authorized RMA number must be received
by Phoenix Enterprises within 10 days from the issuance date. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging.
Return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer. Returns are subject to inspection prior to credit being processed
and maybe subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Phoenix Enterprises makes no warranty as to accuracy or reliability of any information obtained on any of our
internet pages or websites. Phoenix Enterprises is not responsible for typographical errors, mistakes or misprints. All orders are subject to final
acceptance by Phoenix Enterprises.
Phoenix Enterprises expressly disclaims any implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Since
Phoenix Enterprises can not control the manner of use of its product
after their sale, Phoenix Enterprises will not be responsible
for any consequential or indirect damages, we must expressly limit
our liability to the replacement of material purchased or a refund,
at the option of Phoenix Enterprises.
