A: Canadian online orders may be processed if your credit card supports AVS. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs brokerage fees. A: Orders delivered within the state of California will be charged California state sales tax. Q: Where do you ship from and by which shipping carrier?
A: We ship all orders from our Southern California stocking location. All online orders are shipped by UPS. During the online check-out procedure you will be given an opportunity to choose from the following UPS shipping options: Ground, 3 - Day Select, 2 - Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air (UPS rate chart based on the weight total of your online order is also provided). UPS freight charges are added to all online orders.
Q: How are the online orders processed?
A: We will make every effort to ship orders the same or next business day. Orders received before 1pm PST (4pm EST) generally ship the same business day, pending credit card approval. In the extremely unlikely event we are unable to ship your order complete, an email will be sent to you providing all the details and requesting your feedback.

A: We maintain 2 separate databases, residing on 2 different servers.
1. Search Our Inventory by Manufacturer's Part Number only. Search just the part number by AMP/Tyco, Molex, Samtec, Berg/FCI, etc. Examples: 103186-4, 22-23-2041, TSW-105-07-G-D .
2. Search Our Online Store by Description or HWS Numbers. This is the Search by keywords or any HWS number. Examples: 2x40 header, Machined socket, HWS9303, HWS15758. HWS numbers simplify reordering and searching on Shopping Cart (Online Store) pages only.
Q: How are the online items priced?
A: All prices are in US dollars. Most items are priced per piece, unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.
A: What if an online item is not in stock?
A: If an online item is not in stock we will post "not in stock" message, availability information also will be posted. If such item is ordered, it will ship according to availability information message.
Q: What if an Interconnect component is not found in the Online Store?
A: We are continuously updating our Shopping Cart selection with new items and categories, please re-visit often. However, many of the items carried in stock are not displayed in the Online Store. Therefore, please send us an email or fill out Quotation Request Form by Description.
